A Digital Trainer for Your Dog

Track Your Dog's Health

Well, frankly speaking it is not a trainer exactly. It is more of a condition tracker. The tiny thing was created by Japanese and is supposed to be accessibly exclusively in the country. Still it is quite an interesting think to have a look at. This Fujitsu creation is called the Wandant.

It attaches to the main thing our dogs wear – a collar and has 3 sensors (called accelerometers) that record data in ten minutes periods. The data can be stored for up to 14 days locally, send to an NFC-featured Android device or uploaded to a cloud service.

The approximate battery life is quite high – about four months.

Would you like to have one for your dog?

I'd like to have the dog like in the picture, not the device! I think the trainer can be useful while on the walk to avoid situations when my doggie can be lost.
