The First Smartphone with Liquid Cooling
LikeIf you can admit you're a real smartphone nerd, you're most likely to have your smart device feel too hot quite often. Then, a liquid-cooling system is what will definitely stand you in good stead.
While we used to hear only about cooling systems for computers, having one inside a phone seems rather odd. However, one of the world's leading providers of IT services and products NEC Corporation is not of the same mind and has designed a new liquid-cooled smartphone.
This unusual device contains a liquid cooling pipe next to the processor and behind the display, which is to transfer heat away from the phone's processor and so prevent it from overheating.

A nice idea with liquid cooling, but I wonder if it is safe enough for the inner parts of a smartphone. Though it would be interesting to see it in details.
I like the way the developer team has put it — the pics. They blow refreshengly)
